The RK-Whisper is the latest in Shimpo's line of superior products, and represents the next generation of potter's wheels. Responsive, high torque at all speeds, powerful and QUIET… This wheel is undoubtedly the quietest on the market. 

The exterior of the "Whisper" resembles the RK-10 but that's where the similarities end! The "Whisper" features a ½ hp, brushless DC motor and direct drive (no belt) system. The motor is electronically controlled and operated by a fixed foot pedal with hand lever, and the "Whisper" maintains desired speed under all load conditions. The steel body is extremely durable, and a 12" wheelhead and two-piece splashpan are included as standard features. It is reversible and can center up to 100lbs.

It's compact design saves space, and the "Whisper" comes with a five-year warranty.
