If you apply the glaze heavily, 2 coats will also work. - Underapplication will result in a dry glaze with no crystals.
- Overapplication will cause a rough appearance. Can also lead to heavier flow.
Glaze layering fired results may run if paired with a runny glaze. Apply receding coats when layering to help with runniness of final fired result. We recommend testing any layering combination before applying it to a full ceramic piece.
